Are you an accounting professional who wants a smoother and more productive relationship with your clients? Dawn Brolin, CPA, is committed to making changes in her firm to make the experience the BEST it can be—for both clients and staff. In this webinar, she will share her journey and the solution she landed on to make everyone happy.
When you have a poor client experience, it sets off a ripple that affects the entire firm. How frustrated are your clients? What does this cause in terms of loss of productivity and increased frustration for your staff?
Dawn’s firm uses a professional practice management/workflow solution to manage workflow and tasks to accelerate productivity, collaboration, and visibility. However, clients struggle with email as a general rule (they ignore it, they can’t respond on the go, etc.), and this led Dawn’s staff to have to do a lot of chasing after documents they needed. They were also drowning in email and had too many places to look for documents from clients. Dawn needed a solution that worked for CLIENTS who are on the go and do not have scanners or printers at hand and that also worked for staff as well.
Come and learn how she integrated a great team experience with a great client experience to dramatically improve productivity and reduce frustration on both sides of the equation.
